In the world in which we live there are many everyday stressful situations. You may recognise them as coming from the outside world or from your inner landscape.

Perhaps

You have been perceiving a large amount of tension or anxiety for a long while. It may be that you experience a sense of lack of purpose, difficulties in the area of relationships, challenges at work, health problems or life crisis. It could be that nothing seems interesting and meaningful anymore.

A Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst by profession. Transformational Coach and Mindfulness Teacher with a deep infusion of Holistic training as Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and lifelong meditator.

I assist individuals in finding their inner wisdom to create a more meaningful, balanced and fulfilling life while reducing their suffering.

It starts with mindful listening and talking, which offers you the best gift that any human being can receive, the acknowledgement of your individuality, your circumstances  and personal challenges.

Healing Pathways

Not one modality is the right one for everybody. You are unique and so is your healing path. I will guide you to discover which is the best approach for you. Perhaps it is taking part in a group program or working together, one on one. For the local Gauteng community the option is to work in presence or to join in the offer of online work as with interprovincial and international clients.
